As well as a beautiful and exceptionally friendly working environment with access to 50 acres of grounds, employees who need it can be accommodated on site. The grounds are also used to host summer events such as cream teas and barbeques.
Ticehurst’s location means you can have the best of both worlds with the coast only 20 minutes to the south and Central London around an hour away by direct train.
Job Profile
1. Qualified as a Registered nurse and passionate about patient care
2. Committed to providing a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
3. Ensuring there is a high standard of care for patients in terms of their mental and physical health
4. Act as a role model and provide leadership to more Junior staff
5. Work effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
6. Committed to supervision, appraisal and Continuous Professional Development
7. Support with recruitment and retention
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
8. Excellent clinical knowledge based on evidence based practice
9. Experience of Care Plans ,Risk Assessments and writing reports
10. Knowledge of Mental Health Act Legislation and statutory regulations
11. Experience of staffing, skill mix and leading shifts
12. Committed to supporting Junior Staff and Students
