Overview
The ideal candidate will be flexible and proactive in their approach to the role. They must be confident in dealing with people, organised and able to prioritise workload, have the ability to work independently and have a high level of attention to detail .
A good working knowledge of Microsoft and competent computer skills required along with a sense of humour .
Responsibilities
Customer bookings
Processing daily banking
Using online portals
Processing of purchase invoices
Raising sales invoices and customer quotes
Answering phones and emails
Monitoring both sales and purchase ledgers
Filing, ordering parts and stationery
Updating staff holidays
Any other general administrative requirements
Experience

Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
