Vehicle Service Advisor Vacancy in Llanelli
1. Salary: Around £29,000 per annum pending experience with up to £3,600 annual bonus potential.
2. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm.

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Service Advisor for our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Llanelli.
You will report to the Service Manager and work as part of a friendly team, where your responsibilities shall include:
4. Booking in customers' vehicles via the telephone and face to face for service, maintenance and repair.
5. Accurately identify and process customer parts requirements, whilst maintaining a courteous and professional approach in a busy trade parts sales environment.
6. To be sales-oriented and target-driven to ensure successful department growth.
7. To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
In order to be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of Llanelli. You will need to hold recent or current automotive experience, ideally working within a car dealership as a Service Advisor. Our client is open to candidates from other backgrounds as well, should you have transferable skills.
You will also need to be IT literate, given that you will work daily with a dealer management system (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
