ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pre-Departure Services Consultant, you will provide exceptional service to both direct clients and travel agent partners, consistently delivering a professional and friendly experience. Your core responsibility will be to support our Travel Consultants by ensuring the accurate and timely production of all travel documentation. Working closely with the Customer Sales Centre (CSC) and Flights teams, you will help ensure a seamless journey for every customer from initial contact to post-travel support. This role requires flexibility, strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail to maintain our high service standards. Above all, you will be joining a collaborative team who value growth, success and supporting one another.
With a projected start date in January 2026, this role has a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week in our London office and 3 days working remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce professional and accurate documentation within agreed deadlines

* Communicate with clients and agents via phone and email to gather all required information ahead of travel
* Run booking reports to confirm readiness for documentation
* Liaise with Product teams to ensure accuracy for each departure
Deliver service that consistently delights customers and drives positive experiences

* Aim for first-time resolution to minimise repeat customer contact
* Communicate clearly and proactively to reduce customer effort at every stage
* Coordinate with internal departments to fully represent the customer’s needs
* Honour all commitments to customers with timely follow-up
Liaise with external suppliers and third-party providers
* Book travel services and manage brochure distribution and stock levels
Support all CSC departments where required

* Take responsibility of all reporting within the CSC
* During peak demand, act as first point of contact to assist with calls and email enquiries
* Provide personalised service, recognising individual customer requirements
* Accurately capture detailed information using in-house booking systems
