Temp-to-Perm Part-Time Office Manager

Are you an experienced Office Manager seeking a flexible, rewarding role that offers variety? In this part-time Office Manager position, you will be at the heart of a creative, collaborative environment, supporting daily operations and helping the team shine. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.Following a period of successful temping the client will look to convert this to a permanent opportunity.

Temp-to-Perm Part-Time Office Manager Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

1. Managing payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth financial workflows.
2. Overseeing office administration, including managing supplies and maintaining systems.
3. Organising team events and social activities to foster a vibrant workplace.
4. Providing HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
5. Handling contract management and maintaining key business systems.
6. Supporting senior staff with ad hoc administrative tasks to drive operational efficiency.

7. Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 FTE, proportionate to hours worked.
