Temp-to-Perm Part-Time Office Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Managing payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure smooth financial workflows.
2. Overseeing office administration, including managing supplies and maintaining systems.
3. Organising team events and social activities to foster a vibrant workplace.
4. Providing HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
5. Handling contract management and maintaining key business systems.
6. Supporting senior staff with ad hoc administrative tasks to drive operational efficiency.
