You will promote our unique offerings, answer queries, and play a vital role in sales and onboarding. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is solution-focused, and goes the extra mile to support our families and teams. Responsibilities: - Manage a pipeline of prospective families, converting them into Kindred families. - Conduct telephone appointments to book nursery visits and provide information. - Follow up on enquiries via phone and email, taking appropriate next steps. - Liaise with nursery teams for smooth handovers during visits and onboarding. - Travel to nurseries to provide in-person support and coaching. - Log activities in relevant tools and systems. - Take ownership of the Mystery Shopper Enquiries program and provide reports. - Manage the enquiries email inbox and oversee website chat function. - Conduct feedback calls and emails for prospective and departing families. - Work independently to meet targets, flagging issues and finding solutions. - Participate in team strategy and planning discussions. Requirements: - Organisational skills and a target-driven attitude. - Excellent written communication and attention to detail. - Relevant degree advantageous but not essential. - Positive approach to gaining further qualifications and CPD. - Experience in a 'soft sell' customer service or sales role. - Ability to work to targets and exercise sound judgement. - Strong data management and problem-solving skills. - Ability to influence others and deliver tasks accurately. - Proactive, self-learning mindset. - Experience in childcare sector and multi-site businesses advantageous.
