Have you got experience in Talent Acquisition Partnering? Have you ever led, defined, and improved recruitment processes to enhance the candidate journey and add value to the business? If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Talent Partner in our Tech Talent Acquisition Team.

As part of this role, you will be a key strategic link between Admiral Group and the wider business community. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, your focus will be on our IT functions. You will help create business value through industry innovation and regulatory updates communication. You will act as a brand ambassador with external stakeholders and potential future team members.

Main Duties

* Proactively headhunt exceptional talent and champion the Admiral brand
* Build talent pipelines for critical skills
* Provide market benchmarking including skills availability, market trends, salary analysis, product innovation, regulatory updates, and key personnel
* Maintain knowledge of the data sector
* Participate in strategic PR activities, developing relationships with trade associations, regulators, colleges, and business organizations
* Develop and execute a 'Go to market' plan to engage relevant communities
* Collaborate with Talent Specialists and Hiring Managers to align hiring priorities with sourcing strategies
* Support recruitment activities as needed
* Establish relationships with industry leaders at all levels
* Stay informed on external market factors and talent acquisition trends
* Use market data to advise on recruiting and hiring decisions
* Build industry-specific networks and channels
* Maintain sector knowledge, focusing on product innovation and regulatory changes
* Participate in business scrums and communicate market insights to hiring managers
* Explore brand awareness opportunities through trade events, career days, and industry forums
* Support Talent Specialists and Candidate Experience Consultants during busy periods

Experience Required

* Several years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Data/Tech disciplines
* Proven sourcing experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and SourceBreaker
* Excellent stakeholder and candidate service experience
* Data analysis skills with the ability to recommend process improvements
* Experience working with senior leaders in a commercial environment
