As an Operations Manager based in Woking you’ll be responsible for:
1. Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
2. The Health and Safety, Welfare and Wellbeing of Branch Operational colleagues and Drivers
3. Ensuring compliance to standards from a transport and branch operations perspective
4. Maintain training and development requirements for the direct reporting team.
5. Manage and facilitate Customer Order fulfilment, upholding exceptional standards of customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between – or 8am - 5pm
