Key Responsibilities:
* Technical development and validation of base engine and emissions control calibration, including air-charge, fuelling, EGR, DPF, SCR, and more
* Development of engine emissions control strategies
* Calibration development on engine test bench, chassis dynamometer, and in vehicle on road
* Conducting technical analysis to support tasks with robust evidence
* Delivering assigned tasks on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Interfacing directly with clients on technical issues
* Collaborating with team members to organise and deliver project activities
* Reporting technical status internally and to customers
* Supervising junior team members on assigned tasks
Job Requirements:
* Experience in automotive engineering, particularly in engine calibration or related disciplines
* Strong technical background in the calibration of Engine Management Systems
* Proficiency with traditional calibration and data analysis tools such as INCA/MDA
* Understanding of EMS strategies and engine fundamentals
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Ability to liaise with customers regularly as part of an international team
