1. Inspiring and motivating others working with in multi disciplined teams
2. Delivering high quality, high integrity code (eg RTCA-DO178C) using object oriantated C++
3. Hands on Integration working within a lab enviroment on target hardware
4. Implementation of real time embedded software applications built upon Linux or VXWorks RTOS (Desirable)
5. An understanding of the Software Engineering lifecycle from requirements elicitation to delivery and release.
6. The ability to Influence the development approach considering design principles, modularity and reuse, best practice, toolchain and much more.
