About the Role?
As a Reward Specialist, you will provide expert support, coaching, and advice to internal stakeholders at all levels across the Wienerberger UK & Ireland region.
You will join our friendly and supportive HR team. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will help develop the reward function as a centre of excellence for the region, giving you opportunities to lead and deliver continuous improvement projects.
The role can be based in the North West (at our Head Office in Cheadle) or the West Midlands (where you could work from your closest factory/site).
Duties are varied and include:
1. Manage annual pay processes, including salary reviews and bonus cycles.
2. Maintain salary benchmarking.
