The Role: My client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Supervisor to support the management team and help lead the day-to-day operations of a key store location. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional ready to step into a leadership position within an iconic menswear brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store and Assistant Manager in the smooth running of daily operations.
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Ensure excellent visual merchandising and stock presentation standards are maintained.
Handle customer queries and concerns professionally, upholding the brand's reputation.
Assist with stock control, deliveries, and ensuring product availability.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Key Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably within fashion or menswear.
A strong customer service ethos and proven sales skills.
Ability to support and guide a team to perform at their best.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine interest in menswear and style trends.
