An exciting opportunity has arisen within Housing & Communities Service Area for a Technical Manager within the Building Improvement Unit, Planned Maintenance Team.
About the job
The post holder will design, develop and manage planned maintenance schemes and oversee the work of contractors on a day-to-day basis ensuring that the highest standards are met.
What We Are Looking For From You
The successful candidate should ideally have a minimum qualification of HNC in Construction/Building, or equivalent and have excellent communications skills, with a strong track record of managing resources effectively, achieving excellent performance and providing excellent outcomes for customers.
The service area is currently undergoing a significant number of changes, and the right individual will need to be able to embrace and deliver change quickly and be able to work from home in order to meet the requirements of the service.
