A leading firm in the South West with a strong reputation in the agriculture and rural sector is seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Associate to join its market-leading team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside specialist partners advising a long-established client base of landowners, farmers, and rural enterprises.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Advising on rural land transactions including sales, purchases, and lettings
* Handling secured lending instructions on agricultural property
* Advising on tenancy matters under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995
* Supporting clients on complex tenancy restructuring, including surrender and re-grants to enable strategic land projects
* Working closely with clients on long-term property and estate planning matters
What You’ll Bring
o At least 3 years’ PQE in property law, with experience in agricultural, residential, or commercial property
o Specific interest in or experience with rural and agricultural law
o Ability to manage complex transactions and build trusted client relationships
o Experience gained at a recognised firm with exposure to rural or land-based clients
