Overview
Tees Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services is seeking to recruit LD CAMHS Nurses to work within the South Durham Team. The role will be supported by the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), with each member contributing to aspects of the overall care provided by the service.

Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to children and adolescents with learning disabilities, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with a keen interest in improving care and treatment for young people.
* At least 18 months of post‑qualifying experience, including sign‑off of an appropriate preceptorship or competency framework.
