This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior operational leader to take on a pivotal role overseeing multiple services across the West Midlands region. This is a regional, field-based role, and the successful candidate must live within the West Midlands due to the need to attend services at short notice — particularly for urgent site visits or CQC meetings.
