Overview
I'm currently working with a well-established regional contractor who has a strong pipeline of secured work across the Southeast and Anglia. Due to continued growth and a busy programme of works, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
* Ensure projects meet programme, quality, and cost targets
* Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Monitor progress and provide regular reporting
* Identify risks and drive solutions
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
* Strong programme management and organisational skills
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* CSCS card essential; SMSTS / First Aid desirable
Additional Details
* Immediate start available
* Projects located across the Southeast / Anglia
* Office-based when not on site
* Some travel and occasional stay-away required
