Job Description
Management Accountant responsibilities include;
3. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
4. Assist with annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
5. Produce insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
6. Monitor financial performance against KPIs and business targets
7. Support statutory audit and external financial reporting processes
8. Review, refine, and optimise internal reporting tools and dashboards
9. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
10. Assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost analysis
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
12. Previous experience within a Management Accountant role
13. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
14. Ability to analyse data and present information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
15. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
16. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
17. Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
