Working closely with the Head of HR, this is a fast paced, varied generalist role and your duties as HR Advisor will include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting Managers, providing advice on a variety of HR related queries
2. Employee Relations
3. Dealing with recruitment
4. Attendance Management
5. Updating systems
6. Working in a very fast paced environment
7. Preparing reports
8. Assisting with disciplinaries and grievances
9. Any other duties as required
You will have:
10. Previous generalist HR experience within a busy, fast paced environment
11. Strong and effective communication skills at all levels
12. The ability to work on your own initiative
