Role
As Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operation of the pharmacy while supporting the growth of NHS and private services within the local community.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the pharmacy team
* Delivering Pharmacy First consultations
* NHS and private vaccination services
* Clinical checking and safe dispensing
* Providing OTC advice and minor ailment support
* Supporting business growth and patient engagementBuilding strong relationships with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers
* Maintaining high standards of governance and patient care

Who We’re Looking For
* GPhC‑registered Pharmacist
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for patient care and service delivery
* Proactive and team‑focused approach
* Community pharmacy experience preferred
* Previous management experience beneficial but not essential
