Sous Chef / Chef de Partie required for Carrickfergus Golf Club & North Belfast We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef (ideal) or a strong Chef de Partie to join our team, working across two busy sites - Carrickfergus and our North Belfast location. This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef looking for consistent hours, a supportive team, and a varied role including both la carte service and large-scale functions. The Role Supporting the Executive Chef across both venues Preparing and delivering high-quality food for daily service and functions Helping lead kitchen operations, particularly in the Sous Chef role Catering for events of up to 150 guests at weekends Working Hours Operating 6 days per week (closed Mondays) 4 days on / 3 days off rota, averaging around 40 hours per week Last orders: Tuesday-Thursday: 8:00pm Friday-Saturday: 8:30pm Sunday: 7:00pm What We Offer Hourly pay with all additional hours paid weekly Equal share of tips for all chefs Consistent rota promoting a strong work-life balance Opportunity to work across two dynamic, busy kitchens Career progression, particularly for those stepping into a Sous Chef role Requirements Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP Ability to work across both sites (must be able to travel between Carrickfergus and North Belfast) Experience with high-volume service and functions desirable A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic If you're a driven chef ready to step up or take the next move in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
