Network Coordinator | 8407 | permanent contract | part-time 18.5 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum pro rata | Grade E | Norwich
An opportunity has arisen for a highly focused, organised and resourceful Network Coordinator to provide administrative support to teams within our Family Help Care & Protection Service Team based at County Hall in Norwich.
We are looking for a competent, well organised and self-motivated person to undertake this role. You will have experience of working in an office environment, giving a high level of customer service, the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, multi-task, work to tight deadlines, adaptability, and manage information accurately and sensitively.
In this position you will be required to communicate effectively at all levels, have excellent keyboard and ICT skills in Word, Excel and databases.
You will work closely with the Team Manager, Social Workers, Personal Advisors, other Network Coordinators and Practice Coordinators to support the frontline staff and our children and young people.
Below is a list of tasks that you would assist and complete, though it is not exhaustive:
* Ensure key meetings are arranged, coordinating with internal and external professionals as well as families
* Daily minuting of comprehensive meetings
* Tracking of group supervisions
* Support the financial processes e.g. raising purchase orders, reconciliation, invoicing, setting up payments
* Coordinate information on bespoke systems
* Travel and booking arrangement for staff & families
* Duty rotas
* Collating and sending assessments
* Creating and maintaining trackers
