Production Planner (Cambridgeshire) – £38,000 - £42,000
We are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Production Planner to make a real impact and put their own stamp on the role. The position is with a leading manufacturer in their category and, due to a period of growth, the company is looking to grow their planning team!
Responsibilities
* Create and manage short to medium-term production plans
* Oversee production and stock transactions
* Coordinate third-party production and processing when required
* Maintain and update system Bills of Materials
* Plan and order packaging and pallet requirements
* Arrange transport and logistics as needed
* Handle key admin tasks
* Communicate production schedules and updates to supply chain teams and customers
* Track and report KPI data
Requirements
* Previous experience in Production Planning in a Food/FMCG environment
* Good knowledge of ERP Systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
