About The Role
At EKFB we're shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners ( Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe's latest high speed rail projects.

We're looking to recruit a
Landscape Project Manager
to join our team based in Milton Keynes.

As a Landscape Project Manager you will support the Operational Head of Environment, Routewide construction Project Director, and project Landscape Project Managers in the delivery of the landscaping scope of works. You will be also supporting delivery team with call off orders for landscaping scope, including plants and seeding requirements and landscaping internal and external audits.

Key part of this role is to support delivery teams with review of assurance of landscaping scope, including ITP sign off from subcontractors, environmental teams and engineers and supporting ASC with continuous progressive assurance of landscaping scope of works completed.

Another key part of this role is management of Early Warnings, Technical queries and General Communications (HS2, and subcontractors), and management of RRM with relevant technical supports. You will be also supporting delivery teams with management of subconsultants including Scope of Works, Applications for Payment, defect etc.

You will be also supporting Operational Head of Environment with consolidating reports to Senior Leadership Team and client for the landscaping scope. You will manage interface with section landscaping PMs, Design Managers, subcontractors and assurance teams.

In addition you will manage compliance with HS2 standards and supporting the Operational Head of Environment, with ad hoc project management tasks as required.

About You
Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the application of environmental legislation for large scale infrastructure projects in the UK
* Meticulous in checking detail whilst recognising delivery priorities, programme need and the anticipated volume of work
* Have good interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain good relationships and networks
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience of influencing and negotiating with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and the ability to extract key points and communicate his to others
* Degree in an Environmental or Engineering discipline is desirable
* Membership of an appropriate professional body working towards chartered status
