Lead Technical Product Manager (Supply & Partner Platforms)Location: Hythe/Folkestone (Full Time/Flexible working supported)Salary: £70,000– £83,000 DOE + bonus + benefitsThe opportunityA well-established UK digital platform is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to act as Area Product Owner for a complex Supply & Partner domain.This role owns the systems and integrations that underpin how product supply is onboarded, scaled and monetised across the platform. You’ll be accountable for strategy, roadmap, backlog and outcomes across multiple teams, ensuring the platform remains resilient, scalable and commercially effective.You’ll also lead and develop Product Managers and Analysts, shaping product standards and influencing delivery well beyond your immediate area.What you’ll be responsible forOwning the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Supply & Partner areaDefining and driving KPIs and OKRs tied to business and customer outcomesManaging an area-level backlog across multiple feature teamsPartnering closely with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations and backend systemsTranslating complex partner and business requirements into scalable technical solutionsActing as the senior product voice across engineering, data, design and commercial stakeholdersLine managing and coaching Product Managers and AnalystsBringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex, ambiguous environmentsWhat we’re looking forSenior experience in technical product management within complex platformsProven leadership across multiple squads or domainsStrong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations and data flowsExperience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs and outcomesConfident stakeholder management at senior levelsA pragmatic, collaborative leadership stylePlease note:We are an equal opportunity employer.
