Following marquee wins with top-tier North American retailers, we are expanding our enterprise footprint across the U.S. and Canada. To support this, we are hiring a VP of Growth and Strategy to architect and execute a lean, high-impact growth plan, focusing on pipeline generation, brand presence, and strategic partnerships across North America.
Your Mission
You will be the commercial engine behind our international growth. Working directly with the CEO, you’ll lead a focused growth agenda with the autonomy to shape and deliver results. This is a high-trust, hands-on role— you won’t inherit a big team, but you’ll have a generous execution budget and access to SEO agencies, copywriters, and industry contacts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own the North American growth strategy: messaging, channels, partnerships
2. Build and drive a sustainable marketing and inbound funnel
3. Craft positioning that reflects our public cloud retail specialization
4. Work with delivery and sales teams to translate pipeline into deals
5. Manage a lean budget of approximately £200k for outsourced execution and tools
What You’ll Bring
1. Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles (ideally SAP or ERP-related)
2. Self-starter with the ability to execute and iterate without heavy oversight
3. Experience managing outsourced providers (SEO, content, campaign delivery)
