Your Role:
Manage multiple customer import bookings (sea and air freight, including FCL/LCL).
Liaise with co-loaders and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.
Track shipments, resolve delays or issues, and manage cross-trade bookings.
Maintain accurate booking data and communicate updates to clients and suppliers.
Prepare customs clearance templates for agents and close jobs to customer satisfaction.
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently while following guidelines.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Highly organized, with great attention to detail.
