Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (2 Bed)

Salary:
£46,000 per annum, with potential to earn up to £51,400 through Ofsted and occupancy bonuses
Working Hours:
Full-time, 39 hours per week
Hourly Rate:
Equivalent to £22.66 per hour (based on base salary)
Number of Sleeps Required:
Ad hoc as required to support home functioning
Pay Per Sleep:
* £25 per weekday
* £35 per weekend

Qualifications Required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards

We're seeking a dynamic, emotionally resilient, and experienced Registered Manager who thrives on making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children. You must be passionate about delivering trauma-informed care and building a culture of high expectations, warmth, and accountability. The right candidate will be flexible, committed, and experienced in leading a home to deliver excellent outcomes for children and young people.
You must have:
* A strong understanding of child protection, safeguarding and relevant legislation
* Experience managing and developing residential care teams
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete)
* A current UK driving licence and access to a car
* Ability to oversee rotas, budgets, audits, and staffing requirements
* Experience working with external stakeholders including Ofsted, commissioners and therapy teams
