The Role Position: Business & Economics ECT Location: Watford Start Date: January 2026 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time You will: Teach GCSE Business and support A-Level Business and/or Economics teaching. Use shared schemes of work and resources while learning the school’s systems. Receive weekly mentor meetings and protected ECT time. Support learners with exam technique, business concepts and extended responses. Be encouraged to contribute to enterprise clubs or activities over time. What We’re Looking For Currently training towards QTS in Business, Economics or a closely related subject. Strong subject knowledge and genuine interest in business and economic issues.
