Salary – £11,500 – £13,000 per session
Location – North Somerset, just off the M5
The surgery –
* GP Training & Research Practice
* Very modern, bright and airy premises
* Fantastic feedback from GPs previously recruited
* Geared towards reducing GP workload
o Clinical support team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, MSK and Mental Health Nurses
o Outstanding workflow processes – <5 documents a day
o Fantastic sign-posting ensuring GPs only seeing relevant patients
* Superb IT structure and support – highly organised practice
* Heavily encourage specialist interests to provide variety
* EMIS Web
Your role –
* Salaried GP or Associate GP (Salaried role with enhanced responsibilities and higher salary)
* Fantastic workload
o 11 patients per session plus 1 follow-up
o 15-minute appointments
* Whole team coffee break every morning and team lunch daily
* Limited on-call – one day every 3-4 weeks and mostly in a support capacity alongside a Partner in the lead role
* Virtually no home visits
