We are working with a PE-backed energy services group to find a Change Coordinator to join a large-scale IT and business transformation programme. This is a contract role sitting within a dedicated change function, supporting the Senior Business Change Lead across a complex, multi-workstream environment.
What the role involves
You will be coordinating change activity end-to-end: maintaining change plans, readiness assessments and RAID logs; supporting stakeholder communications and engagement sessions; facilitating workshops; and ensuring change artefacts are accurate and aligned to programme milestones. This is a hands-on coordination role, not a project management role. The focus is on supporting individuals and teams through the people side of change.

* Experience on large-scale or complex transformation programmes
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
* Prosci or ADKAR exposure is a genuine advantage
* Calm, structured, and comfortable operating at pace with competing priorities
