As a result of sustained growth, we’re looking for an engaging and driven Account Retention Sales Advisor to join our Inside Sales team and help grow long-term relationships with our valued business customers. In the role you will focus on retaining and developing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer relationships. You’ll proactively manage communications across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and tailored to the customer’s needs. You’ll also play a key part in delivering sales campaigns, supporting proposal and pitch development, and accurately maintaining our CRM to capture sales activity. Whether managing inbound enquiries or making outbound calls, your goal is to provide outstanding service while hitting key revenue and performance targets.
