You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Overseeing health and safety and food safety compliance across multiple event and stadium locations.
• Supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of matchday and event safety processes.
• Preparing safety documentation, reports, and event-specific risk assessments.
• Conducting inspections, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance with legislation and regulatory guidelines.
• Providing training, coaching, and guidance to teams to drive a positive safety culture.
• Liaising with key stakeholders to maintain safety standards across all aspects of event catering operations.
• Supporting the wider Safety and Wellbeing team in developing and deploying safety programmes across the business.
What’s required?
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Management, Risk Assessment, and Accident Investigation.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in food safety and health & safety management within catering, hospitality, or large-scale events.
• Proven ability to deliver training and influence safety culture across multiple sites.
• Experience in auditing and/or food safety inspection.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong compliance mindset with the ability to self-manage and prioritise workload.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable:
• ISO Auditing or Environmental Management experience.
• Advanced Food Hygiene qualification or comparable experience.
• Train-the-Trainer accreditation.
• Experience leading regional teams to deliver HSE objectives.
