About the Role:
As a Senior Carer, you'll lead by example, supporting both residents and care colleagues. Your duties will include:
* Leading the care team and supporting junior staff
* Administering and recording medications
* Providing personal care with compassion and dignity
* Assisting with meals and daily living tasks
Role Details:
St Benets Court 36 hours per week (24 hours as Senior Carer, 12 hours as Day Carer)
* Shifts: Flexibility required across 8am–2pm, 2pm–8pm, and 8am–8pm
* Weekends: Alternate weekend working expected
