Category Distribution/Transportation Closing Date 24 July 2025 About the Role The role of a Non Food Planning & Operations Analyst within Asda Logistics Services (ALS) involves working closely with a number of stakeholders to ensure we accurately plan our Clothing & George.com Network. Alongside Planning volume, you’ll operationally support the sites to successfully implement activity and any network change. You'll be responsible for: · Engaging with Supply and Central Teams to translate retail activity plans including seasonal and promotions into forecasts for sites · Engaging with Depots, Fulfilment Centres and National planning to forecast inbound and outbound volumes · Engaging with depots and other Central Teams to work through Operational challenges · Analyse daily reporting ensuring forecast accuracy · Developing and maintaining new and existing reports in Excel using Teradata/PowerBI About You You'll need to be analytical, organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will require you to network with colleagues from all areas of the business. You'll need to: · Be flexible and adaptable to allow you to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment · Have experience in data analysis and advanced excel skills are essential · An ability to think strategically.
