Experience with device configuration and testing of IP devices (e.g., Yealink, Polycom, Cisco, AudioCodes). Proficient in troubleshooting and analytical skills using tools like Wireshark and SVMP. Knowledge of functional and API testing methodologies. Excellent documentation and reporting skills, with clear communication ability. Responsibilities: Conduct network testing of VoIP and SIP-based services, as well as cloud migration projects. Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies for release upgrades and regression suites. Validate functionality and performance of applications integrated with Cisco BroadWorks. Configure and perform full functionality testing of IP devices on Cisco BroadWorks Servers. Identify and resolve configuration and network issues using advanced troubleshooting tools. Execute functional test cases and API-level validations to ensure system reliability and performance. Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports, communicating results effectively to stakeholders.
