The Role

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

What we'll need you to bring

1. Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role.
2. Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Good organisational and planning skills.
5. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
6. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
7. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
8. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
9. A driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

It would be great if you also have

10. SVQ III in office administration or equivalent office experience.
11. Experience of reception role/customer care.
12. Experience dealing with members of the public.
13. Experience in an reception type role.
14. Experience in a confidential work setting.
15. Working knowledge of NHS systems.
16. Ability to work in a busy office environment.
17. Good keyboard skills.
18. Good organisational and planning skills.

This role will be based in Administration within East Kilbride Locality.

The working pattern for this role will be confirmed during the interview.
