The role
Deliver and promote excellent Herefordshire Council Customer Service to the community in line with Corporate Customer Service Standards and the Talk Community strategic approach.
What will you be doing?
Handle and resolve all customer enquiries effectively through telephone, face-to-face, and digital channels, providing outstanding service.
About You
As a Customer Services Officer, you will be flexible, able to deliver advice and services for the council and partners. Front-line experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping the public and problem-solving are essential. Relating well to the community is necessary. GCSE Maths and English grade C or above and a recognised computer skill certificate (ECDL) or equivalent are also essential.
