Profiles Creative is hiring a Business Director to cover a senior leadership team member's maternity leave. Our client is a Creative & Production Agency working with clients across FMCG, fashion, tech, and more. We're seeking an experienced BD with understanding of production and creative services, preferably from an agency offering both within the branding space. The client is a global agency with an exciting culture. This is a hybrid role in central London.
The Role:
* Be the senior point of contact for key clients, new and existing – a trusted partner who can confidently lead meetings and provide strategic, creative, and commercial guidance.
* Grow and nurture client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business.
* Oversee pitches, presentations, and proposals, ensuring they are sharp, engaging, and commercially sound.
* Align business objectives with creative excellence, working closely with production, creative, and strategy teams.
* Keep projects on track financially while always thinking ahead to the next opportunity.
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years in account management, leading multiple accounts for creative and production campaigns.
* Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing budgets and profitability.
* Exceptional communicator, organiser, and problem-solver with deep knowledge of strategy, creative, and production processes.
