The Range is proud to have opened our brand-new Distribution Centre, the largest warehouse built in over 5 years in Stowmarket, Suffolk.
We are seeking a Warehouse Process Trainer to join our team and be part of our future.
This is a fixed term position for 9 months and offers the successful candidate an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in a progressive environment.
Shift Pattern: 40 per week Monday – Friday. Working hours will be 0600 – 1430, occasionally the need to work a night shift may be required to support business needs.
Annual Salary: Excellent remuneration

What does the role entail?
9. Ensuring all colleagues are trained in line with Work Instructions (WI) and Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) within the warehouse operation.
10. Ensuring that a high Health and Safety performance is achieved within the training operation and that a positive safety culture is embedded in everything we do.
11. Undertake training analysis looking for improvements in the processes and methods of operating.
12. Conduct manual handling training and the safe systems of using them.
13. Develop new and contribute to existing training and support materials, measuring the continued effectiveness.
14. Ensuring all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined/cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
15. Ensuring all necessary resources are available for training to take place.
16. Play an active role within an honest and open environment and ensure accurate feedback is given on any identified issues within the training operation.

20. Excellent team building and motivational skills with good organisational skills.
21. Sound working knowledge of the interaction between your department and other key functions.
22. Good written skills and confident in the use of IT systems. MS Office desirable.
