Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for project delivery and collaborate closely with the digital team.
* Share your IT/digital skills to contribute to team success.
About You:
* Enthusiastic, focused, and passionate about coding, with a love for writing great code.
* At least 2+ years of experience as a back-end developer with solid technical knowledge.
* Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Essential and Desirable Skills:
* Proven experience in back-end web development.
* Proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
* Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites.
* Knowledge of current coding techniques, best practices, and version control (SVN).
* Understanding of UX/UI design, app development for iOS and Android, SEO, and split testing.
* Good understanding of .NET (Visual Studio, C#) and Umbraco.
* Computer science qualification (degree or equivalent).
* Comfortable with client meetings and working under tight deadlines.

What We Offer:
* Salary: £30-35k gross per annum
* Holiday entitlement: 25 days plus bank holidays

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break. You should live within an easily commutable distance to the office.
