Our Internship Programme is designed to immerse you in the heart of the energy sector, giving you hands-on experience that matters. You’ll be entrusted with real projects and day-to-day responsibilities that make a genuine impact on our business and the wider energy landscape.

Who We’re Looking For
We value curiosity, resilience, and a collaborative spirit. If you’re energised by challenges, eager to learn, and ready to contribute original ideas, Harbour Energy is the place for you. We’re looking for candidates who:
* Are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the UK, in their penultimate year of study.
* Have an interest in pursuing a career in communications, public relations or employee engagement
* Are on track for a 2:1 or above (or equivalent).
* Have a strong academic record and a drive to make a difference.
* Can commit to a 12-week internship starting June 2026.
