Senior CRM Campaign Manager

Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

The Senior CRM Manager will set, implement and oversee the CRM comms strategy for our Campaigns & Trading programmes at Currys. You’ll be focused on cross-selling and upselling to our existing customer base, utilising all communications channels.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
• The commercial performance and well-being of the trading, campaigns and supplier-funded team.
• Developing the CRM comms strategy and plan, laddering up to the overall CRM & Loyalty vision and outcomes. Accountable for the multi-channel, cross category CRM laydown, including audience segmentation and messaging hierarchy
• Acting as a subject matter expert and consultant to the wider business on CRM and data-driven marketing, embedding best practice across Currys. Helps others to upskill in CRM.
• Managing the workload of the internal CRM campaign managers as well as external agency partners to plan, implement and report on all campaigns, to improve retention, re-engage lapsed customers, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Interpreting deeper reporting/analytics & insight generation to deliver uplift in performance for Marketing strategy & tactics.
• Working collaboratively with content teams to create a CRM content strategy to engage customers and drive greater relevancy.
You will need:
• CRM Experience within the Retail sector
• To be commercially focused & data driven, whilst still putting the customer at the heart of every marketing decision
• Great communication, presentation & organisational skills, with a strong focus on delivery & attention to detail
• A strong track record of innovation and campaign proposition development
• The ability to drive the agenda with stakeholders at Senior Leadership Team level.
• Great analytical ability to not only provide context to campaign performance and identify areas of improvements but also to understand customer data and analysis.
• A Good understanding of CRM mar-tech and campaign tooling
