About the Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support to clients, helping them maintain independence and dignity in their daily lives. You’ll work flexible shifts between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, under a zero-hour contract tailored to your availability. The role involves travel between client homes, and ICare offers mileage reimbursement and covers toll-related costs.

Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Conduct regular wellbeing checks
* Maintain compliance with health and safety and privacy standards
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements
Qualifications
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential
* Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly, supportive, and professional attitude
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Must be willing to undergo background checks
