Practice Manager
Salary negotiable depending on experience
(Guide income in the range of £50,000 to £60,000per annum)
Hours 37 per week, Monday Friday
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our well established, organised, hardworking and friendly training Practice in Dunfermline.
The purpose of the role is to provide leadership, management and motivation to the Practice team to enable the Practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives within a safe, efficient and positive working environment.
You must have good project and time management skills, be self-motivated, hard working and reliable, must be resilient and personable and have a good sense of humour.
The role involves supporting the Practice in strategic planning and practice management, ensuring compliance with national standards and contractual obligations. This includes financial management, human resources, premises management, information technology, quality and performance management and health and safety.
