Post Title: Casual Chef Site Location: Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion Salary: £15.20 per hour Contract Type: Casual The role: BH Live is recruiting for Casual Chef to join our team, you will work across two sites which also includes a large outside catering area on the Terrace of Bournemouth Pavilion. You will: · Assist the Head Chef with the responsibility for the efficient and effective running of the kitchen. · Prepare, produce and present food in line with menus and BH Live Hospitality standards. · Ensure all finished food products are labelled with the appropriate destination/service area and ready for distribution at the time requested You will need: · Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate · NVQ Level 3 food preparation/City & Guilds catering qualification or a combination of qualification and experience · Experience of event catering, large number banqueting (500) · Previous relevant experience as a Chef in a similar type of operation Please click here to view the job deception for more details on this role.
