Real Estate Finance - Senior Associate or Associate Director (Bristol)
We are excited to be assisting a prestigious city firm in their search for a real estate finance senior solicitor to join their highly regarded, market‑leading real estate finance team. This solicitor will be based in the Bristol office with a hybrid work arrangement and is open to candidates at either the Senior Associate or Associate Director level.
The highly ranked team is a market leader in real estate finance, supporting both lenders and borrowers. They handle complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions, collaborating with specialists in various fields to deliver bespoke, responsive client service. Their sector‑focused knowledge allows them to advise on major investment deals and complex development facilities across diverse asset classes, including logistics, retail, hotels, residential, student accommodation, and senior living.
To be considered you will be a senior real estate lawyer with strong technical expertise and experience in real estate finance and a passion for your field. The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time of significant growth, working on a robust pipeline of high‑value deals spanning various asset classes, including portfolio transactions, high‑value single asset deals, and development financing. Their focus areas include Living (BTR and PBSA) and Logistics. Additionally, you will engage in non‑finance matters, particularly the acquisition and disposal of investment portfolios.
