RoleOverview:
* Practical,hands-onmechanicalengineerwithastrongplumbingbackground.
* Workacrossmultiplebuildingsonasinglesite.
* Responsibilitiesincludeamixofplannedmaintenance,reactiverepairs,andstatutorycompliancetasks(wheretrained).
* Customer-facingrole,workingaspartofasmallon-siteteam.
* Nocompanyvehicleprovided;afullUKdrivinglicenceisrequiredforonsiteuseandoccasionalpartscollection.
* On-calloneweekpermonth,withadditionalweeklypayment.
MainResponsibilities:
1. PerformplannedpreventativemaintenanceformechanicalandHVACsystems.
2. Respondpromptlytoreactivemaintenancetasksandresolveissuesefficiently.
3. Assistwithstatutorycompliancechecks(e.g.,emergencylighting,firedampers).
4. Completecompliancedocumentationaccuratelyandwithinrequiredtimelines.
