Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Sheffield – Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days from home)
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + Commission (£30,000-£40,000 OTE)

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of a market-leading software business. This is a high impact role focused on driving new business and growing revenue within existing accounts through a consultative, value-led sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition while expanding revenue across existing customer accounts
* Identify, engage, and influence key decision-makers within target organisations
* Deliver engaging, value-based demonstrations that clearly articulate return on investment
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
* Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity records
* Stay up to date with product developments, market trends, and competitor activity

* Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and exceeding targets
* Strong drive to achieve and surpass goals, with clear personal accountability for performance

* Resilient, persistent, and motivated, with the ability to overcome challenges and remain proactive
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close effectively
