Overview
At Diaverum, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for renal patients through our core values of competence, passion, and inspiration. As one of the world's leading renal care providers, Diaverum operates over 35 nurse-led kidney treatment centers in the UK, offering services including haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, and shared haemodialysis care. Our nurses collaborate closely with NHS teams nationwide to deliver high-quality treatments and holistic care to patients with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.
We provide an excellent training platform to help nurses deliver top-notch care and advance their careers in the renal specialty. New nurses at Diaverum undergo a comprehensive induction period, receiving the necessary training to provide clinic care. They are supported by a senior team dedicated to prioritizing nurse development and wellbeing.
Working patterns and patient care
With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our nurses have the time needed to care for patients holistically. We offer a variety of shifts, including early, late, and long days from Monday to Saturday (no Sundays), allowing for flexible working patterns.
Equal opportunities and global opportunities
Our focus is on meeting the individual needs of our patients, and we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer. As the leading independent renal service provider in the UK, we operate in 24 countries globally, offering our team opportunities to move between clinics and even countries.
